Qualifications

• One (1) year full-time paid professional experience in Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor.
• Preferably on multiple educational facilities or public works projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction schedule review comments for contractor-generated Baseline and Monthly Schedules.
• Assist in creating and populating various schedule related reports in Excel and P6.
• Create Earned Value Curves based on LAUSD EVA template guidelines.
• Perform QA/QC on contractors’ schedule submittals.
• Analyze schedules for proper use of standard codes and layouts.
• Update the master program schedule with as-built dates.
