Credence Management Solutions, LLC in McLean, VA seeks a Junior SAP SME to support SAP S/4HANA interfaces within a complex enterprise environment. You will collaborate with SAP developers, integration engineers, and government stakeholders to design, document, and implement SAP solutions.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of SAP development/integration experience, ABAP basics, and familiarity with OData, APIs, IDocs, and RFCs; U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
1–3 years SAP development/integration experience.
Foundational knowledge of ABAP development.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration.
Ability to work in a federal-government/regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

Support development, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP ABAP programs in a S/4HANA environment.
Assist with design and modernization of interfaces between SAP and external systems.
Develop or support integrations using SAP OData, REST/SOAP APIs, BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs.
Analyze existing SAP interfaces and identify modernization, automation, and performance opportunities.
Prepare and maintain technical specifications, data mappings, test scripts, deployment instructions.
Assist with unit, integration, regression, and interface testing.
Troubleshoot interface failures, data-processing errors, ABAP issues, and system integration problems.
Coordinate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specs.
Maintain SAP transports and code promotion processes.
