North South Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to build and maintain Salesforce solutions for DoD customers. You will design and write high‑quality code, mentor junior developers, and work with the Salesforce Architect to deliver secure, reliable features.

This role can be remote within the United States and requires US citizenship. You will lead development efforts, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with security standards across the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Expert knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flow.
• Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Governance: governor limits and performance tuning.
• Strong unit tests and code coverage.
• CI/CD and version control with Git.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Junior Salesforce Developers for DoD projects.
• Design, build, test custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow.
• Lead technical design and break work into tasks.
• Maintain integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP.
• Ensure secure coding and data protection requirements.
• Write unit tests and maintain code coverage.
• Perform code reviews and mentor juniors.
• Manage source control and deployments through CI/CD.
• Document designs and support sustainment and ATO packages.
