We are currently seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic, global team. This role is crucial in our technical endeavors, focusing on Salesforce development to meet client needs. As a Junior Salesforce Developer, you will implement Salesforce solutions following industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
• Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC); familiarity with Aura and Visualforce
• Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, and App Builder
• Awareness of Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs) and basic knowledge of data migration tools
• Salesforce Developer certifications are a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Salesforce Consultants/Technical Architects to understand requirements for Salesforce solutions
• Assist in research, development, unit testing, and deployment of custom solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Configure Salesforce applications, including data schema, security model, and automation tools, to support business processes and implementation goals
• Develop and maintain Apex logic and Lightning components to build intuitive and responsive user interfaces and logic
• Work with other developers, administrators, and stakeholders to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Salesforce solutions under supervision
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend improvements and implement new functionalities
