Dynasty Financial Partners is hiring a Junior Salesforce Administrator to provide hands-on administration and support for the Dynasty CRM Platform. The role supports our Network Partners by ensuring optimal use of Salesforce across multiple client firms.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of Salesforce experience and a drive to expand skills in declarative development and automation. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, data quality focus, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Experience with Flow Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, and reports/dashboards.
• Experience managing user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions in Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel.
• Experience with large data sets, data cleanup and enrichment.

Responsibilities

• Perform user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, and public group management in Salesforce.
• Build and maintain Salesforce configuration changes, including automations, fields, layouts, record types, and validation rules.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs.
• Maintain data integrity across the platform with data cleaning and deduplication.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting and support via ticketing, email, or phone; escalate as needed.
• Assist with testing and rollout of Salesforce features and releases.
• Maintain documentation on Salesforce configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Coordinate with CRM and Support teams on cross-platform projects and improvements.
