Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Administrator/Developer to support and enhance our Salesforce platform. In this role, you will assist with system administration, develop and implement custom solutions, and ensure the platform's efficiency. You will also collaborate with external contractors on project implementations. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your Salesforce expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Salesforce administration, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
• Develop and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Work closely with external contractors on the implementation of key projects.
• Manage data integrity through imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and automation workflows to support business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce functionality and performance issues.
• Stay informed on Salesforce best practices, new features, and platform updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or developer.
• Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with Pardot (Account Engagement), Salesforce Analytics, and ELTON is a plus.
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certification is preferred.

Salary Range: $77,000.00-$102,600.00
