Snake River Pool & Spa in Treasure Valley, ID is seeking a Junior Sales Specialist. This full-time, in-person role offers $17–$20/hour plus commissions and benefits. No prior sales experience required; training provided.

Snake River Pool & Spa is looking for aJunior Sales Specialist to join our Treasure Valley team.

Youdo not need previous sales experience to be successful in this role. We’ll provide the product and sales training you need to grow.

What You'll Do

As a Junior Sales Specialist, you'll work directly with customers while learning our products and sales process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet customers and help create a welcoming showroom experience
• Test pool and spa water and help customers choose the right treatment solutions
• Sell chemicals, accessories, and wellness products
• Answer customer questions in person and over the phone
• Learn about hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, and other wellness products
• Assist customers on the sales floor when Sales Representatives are helping other customers
• Support promotions and in-store events
• Help maintain an organized, attractive, and well-stocked showroom
• Develop the product knowledge and sales skills needed to advance into a Sales Representative position
• Work across multiple Treasure Valley locations as needed

• $17–$20/hour DOE
• Commissions upon completion of BioGuard training module
