Snake River Pool & Spa in Treasure Valley, ID is seeking a Junior Sales Specialist. This full-time, in-person role offers $17–$20/hour plus commissions and benefits. No prior sales experience required; training provided.

You will greet customers, help choose spa and pool solutions, stock showroom and support promotions across Treasure Valley locations. The path offers learning and potential advancement to Sales Representative.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred, not required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers.
• Comfortable using basic computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming showroom experience.
• Test pool and spa water and guide product selection.
• Sell chemicals, accessories, and wellness products.
• Answer questions in person and over the phone.
• Learn about hot tubs, saunas, and wellness products.
• Assist customers on the sales floor when others are busy.
• Support promotions and in-store events.
• Maintain an organized, well-stocked showroom.
• Develop product knowledge and sales skills for advancement.
