Snake River Pool & Spa is hiring a Junior Sales Specialist in Boise, ID. No prior sales experience is required as we provide comprehensive product and sales training to help you grow.

You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide them to satisfy their wellness needs. This in-person role offers commissions, benefits, and opportunities to advance into a Sales Representative position across multiple Treasure Valley locations.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; training provided.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work across Treasure Valley locations.
• Strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming showroom experience.
• Test pool and spa water and help customers choose treatments.
• Sell chemicals, accessories, and wellness products.
• Answer questions in person and by phone.
• Learn about hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and other wellness products.
• Assist customers on the sales floor whenSales Representatives are helping other customers.
• Support promotions and in-store events.
• Maintain an organized, well-stocked showroom.
• Develop product knowledge and sales skills to advance to Sales Representative.
• Work across multiple Treasure Valley locations as needed.
