Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years professional (post-high school) sales experience.
• Willing and able to obtain Health & Life license; licensing reimbursement offered.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to analyze customer needs.
• Experience with CRM and basic office software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Businessto businesscold calling meeting with potential clients and educate them on the benefits of supplemental insurance offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing their insurance needs building your book of business.

Qualifications:

• Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders
• Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required
• Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial
• Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license

Additional Position Qualifications:

• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered)
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience. Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered, as will candidates with less than 4 years of professional work experience who have relevant or specialized outside sales experience.
