Devine Business Group in Pleasant Grove, UT is hiring a Junior Sales Representative to build relationships with local businesses and promote supplemental insurance products. You’ll receive mentorship, training, and a clear path to growth in a performance-driven environment.

As an independent contractor on a full-time schedule, you’ll earn a weekly base draw with uncapped commissions and bonuses, with licensing support and reimbursement. Local travel and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain a Health insurance license (reimbursed available).
• A bachelor's degree or at least four years of professional experience (post high school).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local business travel.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, iPad, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
