Job summary

Devine Business Group is looking for a driven Junior Sales Representative in Kirkland, WA. You will perform outside B2B sales of supplemental insurance products, building relationships with local businesses and delivering the company’s offerings with integrity.

You will start with a weekly base draw and uncapped commissions, supported by mentorship and training. A health-license path is reimbursable, and strong personal drive will help you advance within a performance-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of professional experience (post high school).
• Willingness to obtain Health insurance license (reimbursed available).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local business travel.
• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, iPad, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
