Devine Business Group seeks a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join its local Arizona team. You will perform business-to-business outreach, promote supplemental insurance products, and build lasting relationships with local businesses.

This independent contractor role offers full-time hours, weekly base draw pay, uncapped commissions and ongoing mentorship. Training is provided to help you grow with a supportive, performance-driven group in Mesa.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain a Health insurance license (reimbursed available).
• A bachelor's degree or least four years of professional experience (post high school).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local business travel.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, iPad, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
