Devine Business Group is seeking driven, coachable individuals to start a rewarding career in sales. As a Junior Sales Representative, you will go door-to-door and B2B, offering supplemental insurance products that protect clients and give peace of mind.

You’ll receive mentorship, training, and clear growth opportunities from an experienced team. You’ll build relationships with local businesses, represent our products with integrity, and work toward performance benchmarks to unlock commissions

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain a Health insurance license (reimbursed available)
• A bachelor's degree or at least four years of professional experience (post high school)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local business travel
• Comfortable using a smartphone, iPad, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
