Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful B2C sales experience in a high-performance or commission-driven environment.
• Proven ability to qualify leads, overcome objections, and close business.
• Comfortable in a high-volume phone sales environment with strong daily activity.
• Excellent active listening, persuasive communication, and professional phone etiquette.
• Competitive, resilient, and self-motivated with disciplined ramp-up.
• Highly coachable with ability to receive feedback and adapt quickly.
• Strong work ethic and interest in financial markets or precious metals.

Responsibilities

• Engage qualified inbound and marketing-generated leads via high-volume phone sales with no cold calling.
• Make about 60–100 outbound calls per day to qualify opportunities and build your pipeline.
• Build trust with prospects through active listening and clear understanding of goals.
• Educate prospects on physical precious metals and guide purchasing options.
• Conduct follow-up throughout sales cycles from one week to six months.
• Learn from senior sales leaders and develop skills to independently close opportunities.
• Maintain activity, organization, and persistence toward sales targets.
