  • Engage and Connect: Reach out to potential clients, discuss their insurance needs, and present personalized coverage options.
  • Build Relationships: Meet with clients to offer tailored insurance solutions and address their questions.
  • Drive Sales: Conduct business-to-business cold calls and manage a portfolio of clients.
  • Stay Organized: Respond to client inquiries, schedule follow-up meetings, and report your sales activities and metrics daily.

Responsibilities

  • Client Outreach: Work within your assigned territory to connect with small and medium-sized businesses, offering them our top-notch supplemental insurance products.
  • Follow-Up: Set and attend appointments with clients to review and update their insurance needs.
  • Sales Activities: Conduct cold calls and engage with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Define your working hours and submit them to your sales manager weekly.
  • Reporting: Keep track of and report your sales activities and performance daily.

Pay: $42,000 - $72,000 per year

Additional Position Qualifications

  • Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered)
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience. Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered, as will candidates with less than 4 years of professional work experience who have relevant or specialized outside sales experience.
