Job summary

Qualifications

• Submit transcripts to support education when substituting education for experience.
• Official transcripts required if education is used to qualify.
• Foreign education must be evaluated by a recognized organization.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply OSHA and RSHS requirements while assisting with facility safety inspections using standardized checklists.
• Assist with hazard recognition during walkthroughs and document observations for supervisory verification.
• Assist with occupational health monitoring activities under direct supervision.
• Assist in gathering materials for accident investigations led by senior staff.
• Assist with contractor safety documentation intake and filing; compare submittals against a checklist under direct supervisory review.
• Record observations of potential contractor safety concerns for supervisory verification.
• Assist in logistics and setup of safety training sessions and prepare training materials.
