Qualifications

• Flexibility in schedule with early morning and afternoon availability is required.
• 2+ years of climbing experience preferred for this role.
• Comfortable working at heights and using safety equipment essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting, stripping, cleaning, and organizing holds.
• Forerun and set routes up to 5.12 and boulders up to V6+.
• Support competition setup and teardown on site.
