CyberCore Systems in Nashua, NH is seeking a junior Registered Nurse to support patients and families through challenging moments. You bring at least 1 year of nursing experience and wound care expertise, and you will be paid a salary between $55,000 and $82,000 per year.

You will administer medications, coordinate with care teams, and help determine urgent vs routine assessments in a contract clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Wound care experience is expected.
• Ability to provide culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Maintain Nashua caseload while mentoring newer grads.
• Verify patient identity, allergies, and medication reconciliation.
• Provide culturally sensitive care to diverse patients.
• Sort urgent from routine during Pediatric Care intake.
• Coordinate with respiratory, PT, and pharmacy to move care plans.
