Job summary

Leidos Inc in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Junior Electrical Systems Integration Engineer to support RF Systems Deployment & Sustainment. This hands-on role focuses on integration, testing, and maintenance of advanced RF systems with a mix of lab work and travel to customer sites.

You will build, debug, and improve hardware, read schematics, and perform root-cause analysis. Must have a BS in Electrical Engineering or Physics with 2–4 years of experience, and be eligible for DoD Top Secret

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or similar with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
DoD Top Secret clearance required; U.S. Citizenship is required.
Strong hands-on aptitude and mechanical inclination; hardware troubleshooting valued.
Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and RF fundamentals.
Ability to travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations up to 25%.
Willingness to work onsite in Huntsville, Alabama.

Responsibilities

Perform system integration, build-outs, cabling, and configuration of RF hardware.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, repair, and root-cause analysis of electrical, mechanical, and system-level issues.
Travel to customer sites to support system deployments and upgrades.
Use test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power meters, network analyzers) and hand tools.
