Job summary

RTX seeks an RF/Microwave Antenna Engineer for an on-site role in El Segundo, CA. You will contribute to circulator and radiator design, perform analysis and testing for phased array antennas, and present technical results to peers and leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. Preference given to hands-on lab work and RF simulation experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field, by start date.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a government security clearance.
• Experience or coursework in antenna theory or RF/microwave design encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, analysis, verification, troubleshooting and testing of circulators, radiators and RF/microwave sub-components for phased array antennas.
