Junior Retail Representative (Part-Time)

The Spice Theory — a gourmet, doctor-formulated Caribbean spice brand — is looking for part-time Junior Retail Representatives to help us grow our presence in local stores across the U.S.

This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for students, emerging entrepreneurs, or brand-savvy hustlers looking to earn while representing something they believe in.

About Us

We craft premium Caribbean-inspired spice blends — low sodium, all natural, and packed with bold flavor. Founded by Dr. Corrie Amos, Spice Theory exists to prove you can eat well, feel well, and honor where you come from — all in one bite.

Your Role

·Visit or contact local stores, chefs, and food businesses

·Introduce them to Spice Theory’s product line (training provided)

·Close first orders with support from our COO

·Log activity and updates weekly

·You’re confident talking to people in person

·You know your neighborhood and can spot where Spice Theory belongs

·You’re organized, proactive, and respectful

·You care about wellness, culture, and good food

Compensation

·$250 flat ratefor every new store that places an order

·$100 bonusif the store reorders within 60 days

·$150 bonusif that reorder increases by 30% or more

·Paid 2 weeks after first order is placed

·All accounts are managed by our team after initial close
