**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Provide reliability engineering support for the operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment assets
- Prepare work packages for planned maintenance activities, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance
- Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) to determine corrective actions for equipment failures
- Support reliability activities such as failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and preventive maintenance optimization (PMO)
- Maintain accurate records in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for equipment reliability
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably mechanical or electrical
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Condition-Based Maintenance (CbM)
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems
- Formal maintenance planning and scheduling training
- Proficient in using various CMMS software and Microsoft Excel
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Experience in critical or regulated environments such as data centers or pharmaceutical facilities
- Certifications such as Certified Reliability Leader or Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies like vibration analysis and infrared thermography
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
