Service Reliability Engineer 3

You’ll be designing, troubleshooting, documenting, and maintaining Citrix environments to shape the way the world moves. You’ll be joining one of the world’s top 10 software companies to power better journeys.
Your main responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and support Citrix-based platforms according to internal and external customer requirements and relevant operational principles, focusing on operability, stability, high availability, performance, scalability, and compliance.
- Provide third-level support for Citrix-based platforms, including investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents and problems, participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and components into existing systems, emphasizing operability, stability, high availability, performance, scalability, and compliance.
- Provide documentation and guidance to 1st and 2nd-level support teams.
- Offer technological and operational consultancy to stakeholders.
- Contribute to improving the team’s value proposition around stability, agility, cost, and security.
- Implement, maintain, and support automation of the platform.
Know-how / Skills:
- Strong experience with production-level application management.
- Proven experience with Citrix platforms such as CVAD, MCS/PVS, StoreFront, FAS, and File Server Clusters.
- Understanding of basic network concepts (e.g., communication, 7-layer OSI model, routing, firewalls, TCP/UDP, TCP handshake).
- Knowledge of DNS, AD, GPO, and basic Windows troubleshooting.
- Experience in coding and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Java, Python).
- Good grasp of automation tools.
- Focus on business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with systems, data stores, and IT operations.
- Experience in R&D or global operations organizations.
- Experience with Windows-based platforms.
- Experience with Linux-based platforms (optional).
- Experience with Netscalers (optional).
- Ability to collaborate, communicate openly, and work across functions.
- Familiarity with open-source technologies and tools (Puppet, Ansible, IaaS, PaaS, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform).
About the ideal candidate:
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in Citrix platform administration.
- Experience with automation tools (PowerShell, Python, Jenkins, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
