Job summary

Digital Prospectors is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our in-house team. This entry role offers extensive training, coaching, and hands-on experience in candidate identification, outreach, and initial qualification.

You will learn the full recruiting cycle and assume more responsibilities as you progress. The role starts with increased onsite presence during training (up to five days per week) and transitions to a hybrid schedule with two onsite days per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in talent acquisition or related field.
• Onsite presence during initial training and onboarding (up to 5 days/week).
• Strong verbal and written communication; proactive outreach by phone and email.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training to learn recruiting processes, tools, and client needs.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Account Executives to understand job requirements.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks; build talent relationships.
• Initiate personalized outreach and follow-up to engage candidates.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone conversations to gauge fit and preferences.
• Provide candidate summaries to recruiters and coordinate interviews as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn and ensure data integrity.
