European Wax Center's growth arm, EWC Growth, is seeking a Junior Recruiter to support Wax Specialist Talent Acquisition. You will focus on finding licensed Estheticians and Cosmetologists for Wax Specialist roles, manage outreach, screening, and build relationships with beauty schools and center leadership to keep pipelines moving.

You’ll own candidate conversations, coordinate interviews with Center Sales Directors, and assist with offers and pre-employment steps, thriving in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, HR, sales, customer service, or high-volume retail experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Previous exposure to beauty, spa, wellness, retail, hospitality, or service-based businesses is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions with urgency while maintaining candidate experience.
• Willingness to learn an ATS; prior ATS/HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Wax Specialist recruiting across assigned centers and markets.
• Review applications and identify licensed candidates meeting licensing, availability and location requirements.
• Conduct initial phone/video screens and evaluate candidates for experience, communication skills, availability, career goals and fit.
• Proactively source licensed Estheticians and Cosmetologists through job boards, social platforms, local communities and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews between qualified candidates and Center Sales Directors.
• Support offer and pre-employment processes in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.
