Job summary

The Rehancement Group, Inc. seeks Junior Records Consultants to support the FBI in Winchester, VA on the 1st shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm). Active Top-Secret clearance is required; sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be provided.

Duties include scanning, records preparation, and data entry to support records management. Candidate should have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Word and government databases for inventory and reporting

Qualifications

• Requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of work experience.
• Must hold an active DoD Top-Secret Clearance (CI Polygraph eligibility).
• Ability to learn and use multiple government applications and databases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare records for scanning and reassembly.
• Scan hard-copy files to electronic images.
• Handle mail and file shipments and inventory records.
• Destroy records and maintain inventories and data entry.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative record-keeping tasks.
• Follow policies and use MS Office to track reports.
