This role is ideal for a motivated, sales-driven professional seeking a career in private lending, real estate finance, and deal origination, based in Miami. You will build a robust pipeline, nurture broker relationships, and drive growth in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, finance, or related field.
• Mortgage or financial services background is a plus.
• Strong phone presence and ability to handle high-volume outreach.
• Proven ability to generate leads and meet sales targets.
• Highly motivated, self-starter with a competitive mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and basic business tools (Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, networking) to generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate investors, and referral partners
• Manage and track a pipeline of prospects using CRM systems
• Support clients throughout the loan process, ensuring consistent communication
• Identify market trends and target high-quality opportunities
• Assist with industry events, trade shows, and networking initiatives
