Qualifications

- Hands-on lab testing experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute lab studies for ceramics products and raw materials.
- Coordinate laboratory, plant, and field trials.
- Identify tech advancement opportunities via research and supplier interactions.
- Prepare technical data sheets and test reports.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Marketing, and Sales.
- Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders.
- Supervise raw material trials and post-mortem investigations.
