Job summary

Chicago Trading Company (CTC) invites ambitious students to join its Quant Trading Associate program. As an entry-level role in Trading and Quant, you will gain broad exposure as you progress toward becoming a Quant Trader or Quant Researcher.

You will work on identifying trading opportunities, back-testing, data analysis, pricing of derivatives, and communicating with traders, risk managers, software engineers, and quants throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
• Graduation expected Dec 2026–Jun 2027.
• Demonstrated record of academic success.
• Willing to relocate to Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

• Support identification of trading opportunities through data analysis and back-testing.
• Assist with trade execution and strategy development.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, and developers.
• Engage in data-driven research to generate alpha.
