Qualifications

• Proficient with property management software per above.

Responsibilities

• Mange appointments, show apartments, screen applicants and verify applications.
• Shops comparable projects in the market monthly.
• Provide excellent customer service with focus on tenant retention.
• Meet all deadlines and manage property within budget.
