You will set up new properties, review contracts, handle invoicing, assist with month-end close, and work with operations to improve accuracy and cash flow. Ideal candidate has 2+ years of property accounting and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting or property accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Set up new properties and projects in the accounting system.
• Review contracts for accurate billing and tracking.
• Maintain account records and support daily accounting operations.
• Assist with month-end close, reporting, and reconciliations.
