Job summary

Central Health is seeking a Project Manager I to lead assigned projects from initiation to close, ensuring successful delivery within budget and schedule. You will define business needs, coordinate with technical teams and external vendors, and manage scope, resources, and stakeholder communications.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in delivering project documentation and management, with accountability for project outcomes and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manages project assignments and ensures delivery within budget, schedule, and project scope.
• Develops documentation to define and support a project’s business needs, including business cases, requirements, scope, budgets, resources, timelines, and operational transitional plans.
• Analyzes complex problems by evaluating data factors to develop effective solutions.
• Schedules, coordinates, and leads meetings with customers and technical teams to understand and define business needs, control and blockers for resolution.
• Obtains and evaluates Statements of Work (SOW) and implementation plans from external vendors and business units.
• Develops and presents project business cases or charters for review/approval.
• Monitors contracting processes through completion per project.
• Develops and manages detailed project plans with schedule, activities, assignments, resources, milestones.
• Creates and manages the project schedule and coordinates resource scheduling for all tasks.
• Develops, tracks and reports on project KPIs.
• Coordinates and manages project kickoffs with all necessary resources.
• Identifies resource needs and maintains a resource plan.
• Manages relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and leadership, including clients and vendors.
• Analyzes lessons learned and shares with PMO team and customers.
• Acts as point of contact for internal/external communication and documentation throughout lifecycle.
• Identifies, oversees, and prepares budget estimations.
• Manages all resources/expenditures based on budget.
• Communicates updates impacting profitability.
• Manages testing and training of new applications/assets/integrations/systems.
• Manages scope/schedule/cost changes via change management processes.
• Develops transitions to operations plans for hand-off to support teams.
• Resolves/escalates issues per department processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
