MBA Consulting Services, Inc. is helping the United States Postal Service deploy next-generation mail and package automation. We seek a Junior Project Manager to coordinate complex technology projects from planning through nationwide rollout.

You will work with engineers, manufacturers, and USPS leadership to move concepts into deployment, manage schedules and budgets, and support training and documentation in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of project management or coordination experience.
• Experience supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical projects from planning through implementation.
• Track schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develop and present project status reports and executive briefings.
• Work with engineers, vendors, and USPS stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, installation schedules, and site readiness.
• Support pilot implementations and nationwide technology rollouts.
• Assist with user training and implementation documentation.
• Monitor project risks and help resolve issues before they impact schedules.
• Maintain project documentation using Microsoft Project and Office.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams, suppliers, and executive leadership.
