MBA Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the USPS Technology Acquisition Management team.

You will help coordinate high-impact engineering and technology projects supporting the development, testing, implementation, and nationwide deployment of automated mail and package processing systems. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career project management professional who wants to build experience supporting large-scale technical initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of project management, coordination, or related experience.
• Experience supporting technical or automation projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical and engineering projects from planning through deployment.
• Track schedules, milestones, budgets, action items, and deliverables.
• Develop status reports, presentations, and executive briefings.
• Coordinate with engineers, manufacturers, vendors, and USPS stakeholders.
• Manage equipment delivery, installation schedules and site-readiness.
• Support pilot implementations and nationwide rollouts.
• Assist with training materials and project documentation.
• Identify and track risks and dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate schedules and documentation using MS Project.
• Facilitate communication among teams and leadership.
