MBA Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead Agile software delivery for USPS initiatives in a high-impact setting.

You’ll bridge business objectives and technical execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies to keep programs on track. Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience.
Experience managing technical or software development projects.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or iterative software delivery methods.
Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience supporting testing, implementation, or deployment activities.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile project planning, execution, and delivery for enterprise technology initiatives.
Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Track project progress, budgets, dependencies, and project health.
Partner with developers, engineers, business analysts, and USPS stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical work items.
Support software development activities including coding, debugging, testing, implementation, and deployment as needed.
Coordinate system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and production deployments.
Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, meeting summaries, and project documentation.
Maintain project backlogs, risk registers, issue logs, and technical documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve Agile processes and delivery efficiency.
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule with exceptional quality.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of Project Management related experience
Experience managing technical or software development projects
Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or iterative software delivery methodologies
Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience with project tracking, reporting, and documentation
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience supporting testing, implementation, or deployment activities

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred in:
