Talent With Heart is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily in the data center sector. You will assist with planning, scheduling, change requests, and coordination with teams and subcontractors to keep projects on track and within budget.

You will also help prepare reports, communicate with clients, and support billing processes to ensure timely project completion and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of direct project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

About this Role

This is a remote travel role 100% onsite at client projects. Overtime eligible. Per diem provided.

The Junior Project Manager supports the Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily within the rapidly expanding data center market. Additional projects span the chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, and other heavy industrial sectors. The Junior Project engineer will assist overseeing and coordinating various aspects of a project, such as change requests, project planning and scheduling, monitoring project progress, communicating with stakeholders, coordinating with team members and subcontractors, tracking project expenses, and ensuring that the project stays on track and within budget. The Junior Product Manager may also be responsible for preparing reports and assisting in resolving any project-related issues that arise during the course of the project. Ultimately, the Junior Project Manager plays a key role in helping to ensure that the project is completed successfully and meets its objectives.
