Job summary

H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a Junior Project Manager for a remote travel role supporting a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily in data centers. You will assist the Project Manager with scheduling, cost tracking and coordination with subcontractors and clients.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of direct experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication and organizational skills to help keep projects on time and within budget.

About this Role

This is a remote travel role 100% onsite at client projects. Overtime eligible. Per diem provided.

The Junior Project Manager supports the Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily within the rapidly expanding data center market. Additional projects span the chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, and other heavy industrial sectors. The Junior Project engineer will assist overseeing and coordinating various aspects of a project, such as change requests, project planning and scheduling, monitoring project progress, communicating with stakeholders, coordinating with team members and subcontractors, tracking project expenses, and ensuring that the project stays on track and within budget. The Junior Product Manager may also be responsible for preparing reports and assisting in resolving any project-related issues that arise during the course of the project. Ultimately, the Junior Project Manager plays a key role in helping to ensure that the project is completed successfully and meets its objectives.
