Job summary

API Heat Transfer is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support the Project Management team and act as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders. You will assist with documentation coordination, production expediting, compliance activities, and client communications in a fast-paced engineering environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–3 years in manufacturing or engineering settings, strong organization, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineered-to-order environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or technical field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (ERP/CRM preferred)

Responsibilities

• Document control & customer approvals (P&IDs, GAs, data sheets, ITPs)
• Production & shop expediting support and liaising with management and manufacturing teams
• Inspection coordination with customers, inspectors, and QA teams
• Customer-facing communication and update provision on documentation, manufacturing, and shipment status
• Foreign registration & compliance support (CRN, GOST, PED)
• Project support & administration including schedule updates, risk tracking, and dashboards
