Job summary

Michels Pipeline, Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support project planning, implement project management principles, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and business needs.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 0–3 years of experience; foundational PM knowledge; training in safety policies; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Primavera (preferred); willingness to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 0-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination
• Foundational knowledge of project management and construction management principles
• Training in safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Primavera (preferred)
• Ability to support project controls including cost tracking, labor tracking, scheduling, budgeting, documentation, reporting, and basic financial metrics analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ability to travel for extended durations, commit to long-term onsite projects, and work in outdoor environments
