iTekz is a fast-growing technology integration firm supporting high-end construction projects across residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors. We are seeking a driven Junior Project Manager to join our team and support project execution from planning to closeout.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in construction or low-voltage coordination, strong communication skills, and the ability to read drawings. This role offers growth opportunities and exposure to innovative projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction, engineering, or low-voltage project coordination.
• Strong understanding of construction terminology and lifecycle phases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and vendors.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination across multiple sites.
• Track material orders and reconcile with BOMs.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, and change order documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients for quotes and updates.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items to completion.
• Maintain organized folders, drawing sets, and logs.
• Assist in assembling closeout packages and client handover docs.
• Travel to project sites, including domestic travel for out-of-state projects.
