Job summary

Builtech Services, LLC is seeking a Project Engineer to join our fast-paced team on ground-up and tenant improvement projects. You will handle drawings, RFIs, submittals and meetings, supporting safety, schedule and close-out processes across various markets.

The ideal candidate has a degree in construction management or engineering (preferred), strong MS Office and project software skills, and a willingness to travel. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred (Construction Management or Engineering)

• Proficient use of MS Office, MS Project and Procore
• Strong leadership, time management, organization and delegation
• Willingness to travel to job sites locally or nationally
• Ability to sit stationary for long periods and operate office equipment
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Distribute new or updated drawings and specs
• Research drawing interpretations and resolve conflicts
• Research, transmit and monitor RFIs
• Prepare and monitor a submittal log per project schedule
• Attend and document project meetings
• Manage the close-out process
• Assist with change order documentation
• Support onsite safety programs per OSHA and company plan
