Job summary

DMI, LLC is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support Release Management, Infrastructure Operations, Cloud Initiatives, and Project Management activities across multiple technical teams and vendors. You will coordinate software releases, cloud deployments, and infrastructure upgrades while tracking schedules and risks.

The role bridges business stakeholders, development teams, QA, DevOps, and Security to ensure on-schedule delivery, proactive risk management, and current project documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple technical teams, vendors, and project workstreams.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and project management best practices.
• Understanding of ITIL Change, Release, and Incident Management processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience creating project plans, schedules, dashboards, status reports, and executive presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Project Management Support: plan, coordinate, and execute infrastructure, cloud, and software delivery initiatives; develop schedules and trackers; prepare status reports.
• Release Management Coordination: plan and track software releases and deployments; maintain release calendars; coordinate approvals and deployment plans.
• Infrastructure & Cloud Project Support: coordinate modernization, cloud migration, and platform enhancements; track milestones and dependencies.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: enable collaboration across Development, QA, DevOps, Security, Product, and Operations teams; manage meetings and change activity.
• Release Planning & Deployment Support: maintain roadmaps and deployment schedules; coordinate Agile sprint releases and post-deployment validation.
• Process Improvement & Governance: develop templates and procedures; ensure ITIL and governance compliance; drive continuous improvement.
