Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation is seeking an Associate Project Manager to build a pipeline of future Project Managers for complex material handling automation projects. You will gain hands-on experience across planning, execution, commissioning, and financial delivery while working under seasoned Project Managers.

Ideal candidates show leadership potential, strong communication, and a willingness to travel up to 80% across project sites in the United States.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is strongly preferred.
0-3 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, construction, logistics, or industrial automation environments.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Support planning, execution, commissioning and closeout of automation projects.
Assist with project schedules, budget tracking, cost control, forecasting and risk management.
Coordinate activities among engineering, software, operations, procurement, installation teams, suppliers and customers.
Track milestones, action items, risks, issues and change requests.
Promote compliance with safety requirements during all project activities.
Prepare and deliver status reports and updates for customers and stakeholders.
Travel extensively (up to 80%) to customer and project sites; relocation may be required.
