Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation seeks an Associate Project Manager to develop into a Project Manager for automation projects across conveyors, robotics, AS/RS and warehouse technologies. You will work under seasoned PMs, gaining hands-on experience in planning, execution, commissioning and financial delivery.

Travel-intensive field assignments across customer sites are expected, with potential relocation within the United States for 12–24 months.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering strongly preferred and related fields may be considered.
0-3 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, construction, logistics, or industrial automation environments.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Support planning, execution, commissioning and closeout of automation projects (conveyors, sortation, robotics, AS/RS, controls and software).
Assist with project schedules, budget tracking, cost control, forecasting, risk management, reporting, procurement and contract administration.
Coordinate activities among engineering, software, operations, procurement, installation teams, suppliers and customers.
Track and drive project milestones, action items, risks, issues and change requests.
Support change management, project controls, and financial reporting activities.
Promote compliance with safety requirements during all project activities.
