Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation is seeking an Associate Project Manager to build a pipeline of future Project Managers for complex material handling automation projects. Under senior PM guidance, you’ll gain hands-on experience across planning, execution, commissioning, and financial delivery for conveyors, robotics, AS/RS, and software integrations.

Travel-intensive field assignments across customer sites are required, with an expected progression to independent PM responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering strongly preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, construction, logistics, or industrial automation.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, budgeting and execution of automation projects.
• Coordinate engineering, software, operations and procurement teams.
• Track milestones, risks and change requests.
• Assist with commissioning, acceptance testing and project closeout.
• Develop leadership and communication skills toward future PM roles.
