Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation is seeking an Associate Project Manager to build a pipeline of future Project Managers for complex automation projects. Under guidance, you will gain hands-on capability across planning, execution, commissioning, customer acceptance and financial delivery for conveyors, sortation, robotics, AS/RS and warehouse technologies.

This entry-point role includes travel to customer sites up to 80%, structured field rotations, and milestone-based advancement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is strongly preferred.
0-3 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, construction, logistics, or industrial automation environments.
Valid driver’s license.
CAPM certification or interest in pursuing PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support planning, execution, commissioning and closeout of automation projects involving conveyors, sortation systems, robotics, ASRS systems, racking, controls and software integrations.
Assist with project schedules, budget tracking, cost control, forecasting, risk management, reporting, procurement and contract administration.
Coordinate activities among engineering, software, operations, procurement, installation teams, suppliers and customers.
Track and drive project milestones, action items, risks, issues and change requests.
Support change management, project controls, and financial reporting activities.
Promote compliance with company, customer and site-specific safety requirements during all project activities.
