Job summary

Skyro Digital is hiring a Junior Project Manager for a fully remote, full-time role. You will work closely with Account Managers on a portfolio of client accounts, owning timelines, approvals, and quality control to ensure nothing slips.

You’ll chase brand assets, approvals, and access, keeping clients updated and maintaining order across campaigns and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who loves systems and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Able to follow up persistently without being asked, in a helpful way.
• Comfortable in Slack and managing multiple conversations.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Overlap with US business hours.
• Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
• Experience with Notion, Asana, ClickUp is a plus.
• No Klaviyo or email marketing experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Keep accounts ahead of schedule by maintaining campaign calendars.
• Be the communication hub; update clients daily on progress.
• Manage approvals: consolidate feedback and follow up until sign-off.
• Chase missing assets, access, and sign-off with owners and dates.
• Move work through the pipeline across account, design, and technical teams.
• Quality control: pre-send checks for emails including links and text.
• Support client calls by preparing agendas and taking notes.

We are Skyro Digital, an email and SMS marketing agency that manages retention marketing for 25+ fast-growing eCommerce brands.

We’re growing, and we’re hiring a Junior Project Manager to join our team.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role. You will work directly alongside our Account Managers on a portfolio of client accounts.

Account Managers own client strategy and performance. You own everything underneath it: timelines, approvals, hand-offs, client updates, and quality control.

In practice, you are the reason nothing slips. At any moment, you know what is due, what it’s waiting on, and who owes what. You chase the missing brand assets, the outstanding approval, and the access we still need. You keep clients updated so they always know what we’re working on. You run the final checks before anything reaches a customer’s inbox.

This role is for someone who loves an organized system and is quietly relentless about deadlines.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keeping accounts ahead of schedule. Maintaining campaign calendars so every brand stays a full week ahead of send date.
• Being the communication hub. Our business runs in Slack. You’ll keep clients updated daily on what’s completed, in progress, and coming next, and make sure no message goes unanswered.
• Managing approvals. Sending work to clients for review, consolidating feedback, holding revisions to an agreed number of rounds, and following up until things are signed off.
• Chasing what’s missing. Brand assets, platform access, client sign-off. Tracking every open item with an owner and a date, and following up until it’s done.
• Moving work through the pipeline. Coordinating copy, design, build, and scheduling across our account, design, and technical teams so nothing stalls between stages.
• Quality control. Running pre-send checks on every email: segments and exclusions, links, discount codes, preview text, rendering, and proofreading.
• Supporting client calls. Preparing agendas and materials, taking notes, and sending clear recaps with action items afterward.
• Keeping records straight. Maintaining trackers and account documentation so everything is accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English. This is non-negotiable. You’ll be writing to clients every day, and your communication needs to be clear, professional, and error-free.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail. You notice the thing that’s missing.
• Comfortable following up persistently without being asked, in a way that feels helpful, not pushy.
• Responsive and comfortable in Slack, managing several conversations at once.
• Able to work independently and stay accountable in a fully remote environment.
• Available to work hours with strong overlap with US business hours.
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in your work.
• Experience with Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools is a plus.
• No Klaviyo or email marketing experience required. We’ll train you. Previous experience as an executive assistant, project coordinator, operations assistant, or similar is a great fit.
