$30.00/hr - $40.00/hr

About Hinckley Designs

We’re a fast-growing web design, development and automation agency that helps small to mid-sized businesses ($1M-50M) elevate their online presence, streamline operations, and improve data insights. We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager who can help us move faster and smarter—without sacrificing quality.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct first-pass technical reviews of projects before they go to final approval.
• Break down conceptual project requests into clear, step-by-step task plans.
• Track timelines, budgets, and team bandwidth using Monday.com & Toggle Track.
• Know when to push back deadlines vs. escalate to leadership.
• Create and maintain project documentation and SOPs.
• Support day-to-day project execution and help keep client work on track.

You’re a Great Fit If You…

• Have 2–4 years experience in digital agency or SaaS project management.
• Have a strong technical understanding of digital projects (WordPress, SEO, automations, etc.).
• Can translate vague requests into detailed instructions.
• Are proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Are familiar with Slack, Monday.com, Google Drive, and Loom.
• Can work 20–40 hours/week during U.S. business hours (8am-5pm CST M-F).
• Are passionate about customer success and excel at clear communication/expectation setting.

Bonus Experience

• WordPress, Elementor, Figma
• Automation tools (Zapier, GoHighLevel)
• SEO or Google Ads knowledge

Do not apply if:

• You live outside the US (must be US citizen to apply)
• You have no technical experience with a website development agency (This role requires a decent amount of technical understanding to be successful and give clear directions/feedback)
• You do not like coordinating with clients. (80% of this job will be collecting feedback/deliverables via email and translating that into our Project Management Software (Monday.com)
