Assembly is seeking a highly organized and proactive Associate/Junior Project Manager, Growth Operations to join our dynamic Growth Solutions team. This role is integral in supporting the execution of new business pitches, RFI/RFP responses, and cross-functional project coordination. You’ll be instrumental in managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring consistent communication across teams—empowering our strategists, designers, and leadership to focus on winning business.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a deadline-driven environment, and is passionate about process, collaboration, and problem-solving. This is a great opportunity to grow into a strategic project management or operations role in a fast-paced, high-visibility team.

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 USD. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
